Job Description
• Age: ~30 – 40
• Design, review and coordinate architectural works as per Client’s request throughout the project’s stage: Tender Drawings, Concept Design, Basic Design, Detail Design, As-Built Drawings
• Continuously update, following up with the Design Work’s relevant Legal Requirements, Regulations, Standards…;
• Liaise with project managers, clients, sub-contractors, material suppliers to ensure the construction is in compliance with approved design and specifications, quality, quantity, progress, budget;
• Report to Chief Architect for work progress and outstanding issues to agree on solutions;
• Other duties assigned by Chief Architect from time to time
Job Requirements
• Vietnamese citizen only, Application CVs should be in English
• Japanese contractor, Japanese design office, VN Permission work as designer
• Language skills : Business level in English, (or its better if he/she has business level in Japanese)
• Expected ability : familiar to communicate at Japanese company, Understand Japanese company and its culture.
• Have been working for Design & Build company and Japan working style are priority.
• Graduated from Architecture University or relevant Universities;
• At least 5 – 8 years of experience in the same position
• Having ability to use proficiently applications as following: Revit, AutoCAD, Illustrator & Photoshop (as a preference); SketchUp
• Good command of spoken and written English, especially English in construction;
• Having skill of sketch in order to transfer information to relevant sections to execute the works at a fastest time;
• Having ability to manage time and fulfill the assigned works exactly to meet the required deadline strictly.
• Having Architect Profession Practicing Certificate is compulsory.
Mechanical Design Engineer (HVAC)

Job Description
- Age: ~30 – 40
- Be involved in the design drawings such as concept, schematic and layout plans and construction detail drawings;
- Able to take off quantity/ pricing and prepare tender documents;
- Have knowledge of construction process and able to make construction schedule for Mechanical works, catch up and follow up all authority requirements for Mechanical items with local consultants;
- Design HVAC system, Plumping & Drainage system, Fire fighting system;
- Able to work with some popular Standards/Codes/Regulations for Mechanical items;
- Site works involvement is required if necessary and ensure all Mechanical activities are into proper installation/ operation and safety on sites;
- Oversee testing and commissioning for Mechanical systems;
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

BIM Coordinator
1. Reporting Line:
Reports to: BIM Manager / Design Manager
2. Location: HCM Office
3. Role Overview:
The BIM Coordinator will manage and facilitate the Building Information Modeling (BIM) process for various projects. This includes coordinating and supporting the team in creating, managing, and integrating BIM models across all project phases.
4. Responsibilities:
· Lead the BIM coordination process across disciplines (Architecture, Structure, MEP, etc.).
· Collaborate with BIM Manager to develop the BIM process, update the Project BIM Execution Plan (BEP)
· Setup the Revit models, master Grids & Levels, project share coordinates, Sheet lists, and then handover to Operator/Modeller team.
· Manage and update federated/ combined models, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
· Check and manage the quality control/quality assurance (QA/QC) of the BIM models.
· Responsible for all design models, technical drawings & documentation will be aligned with company’s BIM requirements.
· Coordinate, communicate with project teams (internal, external, consultants, sub-contractors), ensure compliance with company’s BIM standards and protocols.
· Perform clash detection between ASMEP and resolution using ACC platforms such as Model Coordination and Navisworks. Generate regular BIM progress reports and clash detection reports.
· Manage model sharing and data exchange by using ACC platform, ensuring timely delivery of BIM data, following the MIDP.
· Provide training and support for BIM tools and workflows.
· Study and develop Dynamo scripts, simulation & analysis related to Design Team.
· Weekly presentation & report to BIM Manager/ Design Manager about the progress of BIM tasks.
5. Job Requirements:
· Degree/Diploma in Architecture/Structure /Construction or equivalent
· Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM coordination and management in design phases (experience in working Japanese projects is preferable).
· Strong understanding of design and construction processes and documentation.
· Proficiency in BIM tools, including AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks (preferably if having Autodesk Certification ACU/ACP).
· Ability to coordinate, exchange of data, and collaboration of BIM with project team (experience in working with ACC/ BIM360 platforms is preferable).
· Excellent communication, collaboration and coordination skills.
· Proactive and initiative personality.
· Self-motivated, disciplines, performance driven and able to work in a team or independently.
· English fluent in both writing and conversation.
· Presentation and report skills.
6. Preferred Skills:
· Experience in ACC Platform.
· Knowledge of Dynamo, Python, or other scripting languages.
· Knowledge of design simulation & automation.
· Experience with BIM standards and protocols, such as ISO 19650.
· Problem-solving abilities.
· Time-management skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
MECHANICAL/ ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Job Description
1. Reporting Line:
Reports to: Senior MEP Manager /MEP Manager
2. Role Overview:
Reporting to MEP Manager/ Senior MEP Manager in the role of construction division. This is to be applied within the Company business operation.
3. Job requirements
+ At Tender stage :
- Supporting tender work in terms of construction planning, schedule and support negotiate/ select most competitive/ potential subcontractors for estimating project cost.
- Supporting design department to negotiate/ select the most competitive/ reliable local design consultants
- Be involved in the design drawings such as concept, schematic and layout plans and construction detail drawings;
- To take off quantity/ pricing and prepare tender documents
- Performing other related duties as assigned.
+ At Project execution stage (
- Site setting out & Site supervision.
- Detail Design Drawing monitoring.
- Directs and manages the daily activities of the site work.
- Control Site Manpower & Sub contractor at site as requested.
- Ensure all activities with best quality, safety and in time.
- Make daily report to Senior MEP Engineer/ MEP Construction Manager
- Coordinate with all relevant sub-contractors.
- Guide and support for necessary management for Safety and Environmental subjects.
- Ensure all necessary site coordination with all KVN staff and subcontractors.
- Ensure all necessary detail planning for all coordination.
- Guide and Control “Method of Statement” of works to be matched with master planning and project policy.
- To support and well coordinate with QC team during site inspection.
- Monitor, clarify work and volume, instruct and implement changes (VO)
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Have knowledge of construction process and able to make construction schedule for mechanical (MVAC, Plumbing & Drainage, Sanitary wares, Fire fighting) works, catch up and follow up all authority requirements for Mechanical items;
- To work with some popular Standards/Codes/Regulations for MEP items.
- Be understandable in electrical works is an advantage;
- Work on-site to ensure that MEP systems are installed and operated in accordance with technical requirements and safety on sites.
- Well manage and control all subcontractors to carry out the work within the scope, specifications and schedule.
- Have knowledge of test and commissioning for MEP systems.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by the Company.
- Site works involvement is required if necessary and ensure all Mechanical activities are into proper installation/ operation and safety on sites;

4. Job qualifications
- Graduated from Universities specialized in Mechanical Engineering;
- Good command of spoken and written English;
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software, MS Project & MS office;
- Having knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems is an advantage.
- Have knowledge of test and commissioning for MEP systems;
- Proactive and initiative personality;
- Welcome bachelor's degree holders or newly graduated engineers who have interned on projects relevant to the position. Preference will be given to graduates from Hanoi University of Science and Technology.
